Copyright © Infyways Solutions. All rights reserved. Hollywick is proprietary commercial software. Purchasing grants a licence to use the fonts; it does not transfer ownership of the font files.
Grant
Purchasing the Hollywick Font Pack grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the font files for personal and commercial projects, including desktop documents, web embedding, print, social media, packaging, and physical or digital products you create.
Allowed
- Unlimited projects for yourself or your clients
- Embedding in documents, websites, apps, and products when end users cannot extract the fonts as installable files
- Using the letterforms as designed artwork in finished work
Not allowed
- Sharing, redistributing, sublicensing, renting, or reselling the font files, free or paid
- Bundling the font files with other assets for the purpose of redistributing the fonts
- Converting or modifying the fonts to create a competing font product for distribution
Ownership
Infyways retains all title and intellectual property rights in the fonts. This licence does not transfer ownership.
