Can’t install the Joomla extension is a standard error that a Joomla administrator might face. The error may be “Unable to move file” or “Unable to find the package”. For both the cases check that:
- The tmp folder of joomla has permission 777 or 755
- In the configuration.php file, the path for the tmp folder should be correct.
